Epistemologi Visi Ilahi dalam Kepemimpinan Gereja dan Formulasi Model Strategic Kingdom Management: Sebuah Kajian Teologi Biblika

Abstract


Artikel ini membahas isu tentang kepemimpinan gereja secara manajerial dan visi ilahi yang diformulasikan menjadi model manajemen kerajaan strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji epistemologi visi ilahi dalam kepemimpinan gereja dan merumuskan model Strategic Kingdom Management berdasarkan kajian teologi biblika. Penyusunan artikel menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan orientasi teologi sistematik dan hermeneutik biblika untuk memahami hubungan antara wahyu, visi ilahi, kepemimpinan rohani, serta integrasinya dengan prinsip-prinsip strategi manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visi ilahi merupakan bentuk pewahyuan Allah yang menjadi sumber spistemik utama bagi kepemimpinan rohani. Integrasi teologi kerajaan Allah dengan prinsip manajemen strategis menghasilkan model Strategic Kingdom Management yang menekankan pewahyuan, integrasi dan transformasi. Model ini mendorong kepemimpinan yang partisipatif, berorientasi pada misi dan dihapuskan pada prinsip kerajaan Allah.
